Connect Group Leadership General Requirements
Leaders must be born again Christians, baptized and living a life that glorifies God
1.
Leaders must be knowledgeable of God's Word in order to help direct conversations in a Biblically-Accurate way
2.
Leaders must commit to 1 season at a time (12 weeks) and be physically/ mentally able to host the connect group at their home, a public space, or at CFC.
